iPods and MP3 players seem to be a hot item these days. At least that’s what my family has been driving me crazy about. They keep dropping hints about birthdays and what not. I didn’t know too much about them, but I checked them out at amazon.com and I did not realize how many there are out there. You should check out all the ipods because there are so many to choose from. Check amazon.com out for any other type of electronics or anything else your looking for. One thing I like is if your strapped for cash you can find used stuff to.

We had a blast at the Gasparilla Parade. This year we decided to really be a part of the parade. We went out on the boat and Ray wore a pirate costume! We also got beads and threw them at the boats passing by.
Come back and visit to see other great events coming to Tampa.
A special thanks to Tim at Custom Party Medallion.

Sporting events and concerts are some of our favorite things to do. I enjoy going to Rock concerts, like AC/DC, with my buddies; while Jen and Alex enjoy the Broadway shows that come to town. We always go see our favorite Tampa Bay sports teams as a family.
Whenever there is an event we want to go to, Ticketmaster.com is our first stop to purchase tickets. Sometimes it’s difficult to get the seats you want. For special events like Playoff games, we usually checkout Stubhub.com. It doesn’t cost much more than Ticketmaster, and you can usually find the seats you want.
What I like best about these two sites is they guarantee a secure ticket purchase. We know that when we get to the gate, there’s no worry about whether the tickets are valid.

One of our favorite shows on network TV is Scrubs. Even if you’ve never seen it, you’ll get a kick out of this clip. They actually put on a musical in one episode!
Check out “Everything Comes Down to POO!”

Ray's still on his feet!
We are the kind of family that likes to take winter vacations. This year we decided to fly to Wisconsin and go skiing. When I went to book my hotel and flight, I checked out all of the sites and they were all around the same price. I thought the easiest ones to work with was Travelocity.com, and Hotels.com. I really enjoy skiing, but Jen and Alex prefer the low maintenance activities.
I found a great resort using Hotels.com. The Kalahari Resort has an indoor waterpark (which is great for us Floridians) and packages for skiing and snow tubing
. We had a great time! Next year we’re thinking about a trip to Disney Land. We’ll keep you posted!!

Our family likes to take pictures during the holidays. We have a great idea this year. SmugMug.com has many products for your pictures during any occasion. We are going to make photo books for the Grandparents and there are tons of other photo gifts for the Aunts and Uncles. SmugMug also offers unlimited online storage for your pictures which you can share with friends and family.
